1. General Information

The Motherhood Festive Giveaway is organised by Motherhood Moms (“the Promoter”) and forms part of the November 2025 Motherhood Festive Campaign.
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all mothers.

• South African residents are eligible for all prizes, including physical products and local services.

• International participants are eligible for digital or online prizes, such as consultations, courses, and subscriptions.

• Employees, affiliates, and direct partners of Motherhood Moms are not eligible to participate.

 

3. How to Enter

To qualify for entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:

1. Follow @motherhood.moms on Instagram.

2. Sign up for FREE on the official Motherhood website at www.motherhoodmoms.com.

3. Join the relevant live event associated with the prize giveaway.

Only participants who attend the live event qualify for that specific draw.
Each participant is limited to one entry per event.

4. Giveaway Period

• Each giveaway will run in accordance with the scheduled November 2025 Motherhood live events.

• Entries close at the end of each live event.

• Winners will be announced within 48 hours of the event on the @motherhood.moms Instagram page or via direct message.

5. Prizes

• Prizes include online consultations, fitness subscriptions, parent coaching sessions, and other services offered by participating brands.

• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be substituted except at the discretion of the Promoter.

• For digital prizes, international winners will receive access details via email.

• For physical prizes, delivery is available only within South Africa unless stated otherwise by the sponsor.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are chosen at random from qualifying entries.

• Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message or by email.

• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a replacement winner may be selected.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

7. Data Protection and Privacy

• Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.

• Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment.

• By entering, participants consent to the Promoter’s use of their first name and image for announcing winners and for limited promotional purposes.

 

8. Liability

• The Promoter and its partners are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues preventing participation.

• By entering, participants agree that Motherhood Moms and associated partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize redemption.

 

9. Modifications and Cancellation

Motherhood Moms reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or events beyond its control.

10. Affiliation

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Motherhood Moms and not to Instagram.
